People have been using drugs, know as *Insert Good Enhancement Drug Name Here*, since the late 1980’s. Originally, given to special Riot Patrol Forces, the drugs became available to the populace, or only to those without a criminal record. They were enforced by the EHC (Enhanced Human Control) who would kill anyone using the drugs outside the law. The drugs themselves would alter the users DNA structure giving them powers, which would vary depending on the users Physical and Mental Traits. These *Insert Drug Name Here* usually came in syringes filled with an amber liquid.
